Taylor Ladd presents a the second of a two part lesson on tactics for defending the faith. In this lesson he present the last five tactics:
Taking the Roof Off: Many claims have serious consequences that people are unwilling to accept. Taking the roof off helps to take an idea to its logical conclusion and thus illustrating that it is not true.
Rhodes Scholar: Many will use the opinions of experts to support a position without considering the evidence. The Rhodes Scholar tactic helps reveal positions that are not supported by facts.
Just the Facts: Personal opinions are often assumed to be true. Just the facts helps prevent people from mistaking opinions with facts.
Finally, Taylor deals with two tactics that oftentimes used against Christians:
Sticks and Stones (people calling Christians inappropriate names when discussing scriptural topics)
Steamroller (people will throwing numerous claims in order to prevent the other individual from being able to respond effectively)
